SHIPPING POLICY

Unless otherwise indicated, products shown on our site are in stock and ready to ship. All shipments include tracking. Please allow 1-3 business days for your item to ship, and tracking to be added to your order.

Orders over $199 CAD ship FREE within Canada and the contiguous United States only. All orders ship via Canada Post Expedited Parcel or International Tracked Packet. Orders under $199 CAD are subject to a flat shipping fee of $20 CAD for Canada and the contiguous United States, or $40 CAD for international orders. International orders exceeding $199 CAD ship at a reduced price of $20 CAD.

Express shipping via Canada Post XpressPost or DHL is available, subject to a flat fee based on your shipping address. DHL shipping is not available within Canada. Express shipping is offered at a reduced rate for orders exceeding $199 CAD.

We ship worldwide and commit to shipping quickly. We cannot control the shipping process once we have handed your package off to the courier. This means customs delays or misplaced packages are not our responsibility. Orders shipped to addresses outside of Canada may incur additional taxes, duties or other fees charged by the shipper and is beyond our control.

Canada Post Strike, Nov 2024:

CPC STRIKE

FOR THE DURATION OF THE STRIKE, ALL ORDERS PLACED OUTSIDE OF NEWFOUNDLAND WILL SHIP VIA COURIER, AT NO EXTRA COST TO YOU, IN ORDER TO AVOID DELAYS IN RECEIVING YOUR ORDER. NEWFOUNDLAND RESIDENTS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO SELECT LOCAL PICKUP OR DELIVERY!!!

As of November 15th, 2024, members of the Canadian United Postal Workers (CUPW) have begun a national strike as their contract negotiations with Canada Post have stalled. For the duration of the strike, mail and parcels will not be processed or delivered (with the exception of some social benefits).

As such, all orders placed while the strike is ongoing will be mailed via courier. Please select the shipping option that best suits your needs at checkout.

Unfortunately, shipping via courier within the island of Newfoundland is prohibitively expensive, so any orders placed with a Newfoundland Address will be processed once the strike has ended. If you require your order quickly, it is strongly recommended that you select local pickup and make arrangements to pick your order up in St. John's, or local delivery for those in the St. John's metro region.

There are very few public services more integrated into our communities than Canada Post. They enable all Canadians - regardless of where they are in this massive country, to send & receive mail, and to participate in commerce. As illustrated by the cost of courier services within the island of Newfoundland, Small businesses such as ours simply would not be able to operate without them. This invaluable public service is only made possible by the hard-working members of CUPW, who work together every day to deliver mail & packages around the country.
